This is a review of the Leader International Basic Guard 3 Layer Car Cover

The Leader International car cover is made using an environmentally friendly biodegradable material, making it breathable and protective against UV rays. This car cover will keep your car clean without attracting dirt, you will find dirt will built up on the actual outside of the cover but this can be easily wiped down. I have noticed some seepage through the fabric in heavy rain which is some what disappointing. Also with expecting a ” 3 layer” car cover I expected a soft inner liner to protect from rubbing on the top of the car and scratches however this is not there.

It withstands most weather conditions very well.  The rim of the fabric is elasticated to bunch it tightly to the car. It seems it does do this fairly tightly with not much give. There is an under buckle that goes from one side of the fabric cover under the car to keep it fully in place, with this buckle tied, the cover may move slightly but it isn’t going to be able to come off the car.It comes in a fairly compact draw string storage bag to stow it away in.

This car cover is breathable, resistant against dirt and debris however not quite water proof and doesn’t have a soft internal lining as you may have come to believe.
