However, most of these features come optional in the LT and Premium trim. The Base Bolt LT only offers Blind Spot Warning and Rear Cross Traffic Alert. The Forward Collision Alert System assesses the road ahead and alerts the driver of any potential forward collision in case the driver manipulation is not detected. The Low Speed Forward Automatic Braking applies brakes in case the driver does not respond to potential collision in order to minimize the effects of the impact. The Lane Keeping Assist System warns the driver if any deviation is detected from the lane and automatically initiates brake assist system.

The entirely fresh model from Chevrolet, Bolt EV will be offered in just two trim levels LT and Premiere. They would include a 200 horsepower electric motor and the large 60 kilowatt under floor battery. It would take approximately 9 to 10 hours for a standardized 240 volt charge equipment to completely refuel the battery and this will make the car capable of running more than 200 miles in a go. There is also optional DC fast charging capability with which the car may use 400 Volts Level 3 Charge stations to charge its battery more than 80% in slightly more than an hour.

The present-day car puts forward 17-inch Alloy Wheels, Xenon Headlights, LED Daytime Running Lights, Rear View Camera and Keyless Ignition and Entry as standard features. The interiors of the car are easy-to-use with enormous room for maximum comfort and the materials used for the interior designing are of high quality and premium look. Even though the lower trim LT comes with extensive use of plastics, the look still can be called classy. The seats will be height adjustable cloth seats with 60-40 split folding seats at the back for the extra space. However the options in the LT trim level would include heated front seats and premium trim level would have leather seats as standard. A configurable guage cluster display will beautify the front dash. The Premiere trim level offers Ambient Interior Lighting, Centre Rear Armrest, Top down parking camera system and an upgraded camera based rear view mirror.
