Review of Town and Country Air Bag Compatible Seat Cover

Town and Country’s car seat cover is compatible with air bags that are side mounted. It uses a hard wearing, heavy duty waterproof material that can be machine washed. Here in this review we will look further in to its properties and how well it does as a car seat cover.

Fit

The Town and Country car seat cover fits over the top of the headrest and around the bottom of the car seat. It’s a universal car seat cover so should fit most cars seats, both front driver and passenger seat. They are of a stiff material but only the headrest and bottom trim around the car seat are stretchy, to help with fitting it on to the seat. It uses velcro straps to make sure that the back of the seat is surrounded and that the seat cover stays on.

Material

This is made of a strong, heavy duty nylon/polyester type material which is 100% waterproof. At first glance, it is very strong and all seams are made very well and looks like it would last for years from heavy use.

Use

Using the car seat cover by Town and Country is great, it can be a little slippery when sat on it at first depending on what clothes you are wearing but it feels that it will last a very long time. Spilling liquids on it, rubbing dirt in to it and even putting a wet dog on it will all be fine.

Extras

This car seat cover has extra space for side air bags in your car. This is a great improvement on other lesser car seat covers.

One of the best looking and hardest wearing seat covers we have reviewed. It looks great and we are sure it will last years. It’s colour is of a light grey/light blue so may not suit all car interiors.
