The 2018 Honda Fit will be available in four trim levels, namely LX, Sport, EX and EX-L. All the 2018 Honda Fit would be powered by a naturally aspirated direct injected 1.5 liter DOHC I-VTEC motor that generates an outcome of 130 horsepower and a torque of 114 pound feet. This would be coupled with a CVT automatic transmission or a six speed manual gearbox. The estimated fuel economy is expected around 29 mpg in the city and 36 mpg on the highways with the manual gearbox. However, with the CVT automatic transmission, the fuel efficiency would stand around 31 mpg in the city and 36 mpg on the highways.

2018 Honda Fit Exteriors

The front fascia of the 2018 Honda Fit would be beautified with a broader grille with a chrome lining that shines a class apart, the fog lamps surrounds and the reshaped central intake opening. Even the rear lower bumper boasts a fresh design that is circular and poky. Apart from these, the exteriors would receive LED tail lights, as well as a power moon / sun roof. The sport model gets a unique 16 inch black alloy wheels.

The Advanced Airbag System will comprise of Front airbags that would inflate on impactful forward collision to protect the head and chest of the driver and the front passenger; Side airbags to protect the upper torso and pelvis of the driver and the front passenger on an impactful side collision; and Side Curtain airbags to protect the passengers on the outer seating positions during a side impact or rollover.

Crash Test Rating – Safety Score?
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has awarded the 2018 Honda Fit a five star overall rating along with a five star rating for front and side impact tests but a four star rating on the rollover testing.
